Return & Refund Policy

Novatron LLC accepts returns under the conditions outlined below.


1. Damaged or defective items (free return)

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will:

  • arrange a free return label

  • offer a replacement

  • or issue a full refund

All return shipping costs are covered by Novatron LLC.


2. Returns for personal reasons (customer pays return shipping)

Customers may request a return for personal reasons — such as change of mind or preference — under the following conditions:

  • the item is unused

  • the item is in its original packaging

  • the item is in “like new” condition

  • the request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A refund is issued after the item is received and inspected.


Exclusions (non‑returnable items)

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • opened or used items

  • skincare, creams, cosmetics, and personal care products

  • items without original packaging

  • items damaged after delivery

  • items marked as final sale
