All orders are processed on business days and handed over to the carrier within the stated processing time. Delivery timelines depend on the selected shipping method and the destination.
Customers receive an order confirmation by email after checkout. Once the order has been shipped, a notification with tracking information is sent automatically.
Novatron LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to modify the address once the order has been transferred to the carrier.
If the package or product arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage so we can assist with a resolution.
